- Chapter VII - Management and Administration
- Chapter XIII - Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel
- Chapter XV - Compromises, Merger and Amalgamations
- Chapter XVII - Registered Valuers
- Chapter XXI - Companies authorized to register under this Act
- Chapter XXVII - National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal
- Chapter XXVIII - Special Courts (Mediation and Conciliation Panel)
