Section 12 of New Companies Act 2013 state that every company shall paint or affix its name and address of Registered office in a prominent position on or outside its of Registered office and every office or place in which business is carried on by company. The language of such information must be language in general use of the locality where registered office situated or place of business.

 

Clause (c) of sub section (3) of Section 12 of Companies Act 2013 Section 12 mandate a company to print the following information on all its Business Letterhead / Billheads/Letter Papers and all its Notices & other official publications.




        i.            Name of the Company:      

     ii.            Address of Registered Office:

   iii.            CIN Number

   iv.            Telephone No.

      v.            Fax (if any)

   vi.            E-mail Id

 vii.            Website address

It also provide that name of company must be printed on all Hundies/ Proissiroy Notes / Bills Of Exchanges and  Other Documents as may be notified (no other document has been notified till 3rd May 2014)

Income Tax is a tax on income earned in a financial year starting form 1st April to 31st March. At present financial year is ending on 31st March 2014 (FY 2013-2014). Therefore on Income earned from 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014 one need to pay tax.

ITR is a statement of total income and tax liability submitted annually with INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT via online or offline.
