The Companies Act, 2013: Draft Rules made Public for Comments/Suggestions

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued draft rules for 16 Chapters under the Companies Act, 2013 for   for public comments in 1st phase. The last date of receiving comments on these Rules is 08 October 2013:
